New Year Reminder!

Hi Everyone! 2025 is almost here, which means insurance plan resets are right around the corner.

In order to get ahead of potential delays we'll work to verify plan updates. But starting January 1, insurance systems will likely be overwhelmed with seasonal demand, which means verifications may take longer than usual. To help, we highly recommend adding any updates to your Headway accounts before the year ends so we can coordinate with insurers to verify their benefits.

Maryland Medicaid is also going through significant changes for the new year. Carelon Behavioral Health will be the Administrative Service Organization for the Public Behavioral Health System of Maryland effective January 1, 2025. Please be patient with us as we transition to a new billing process with these changes.
